Slaughtering of bovine animals and small cattle is made at AydosEt production plants, under the control of Ministry of Agriculture, depending on principles and procedures referred to in the Turkish Food Legislation, in conformity to the Islamic principles and under the hygienic environment in European standards.

AydosEt has opened all the plants it owns to the international audit, structured its management organization according to ISO by commencing its ISO and HACCP studies and applied the Hazard Analysis (HACCP) System at Critical Control points as a necessity of food safety for all its contemporary plants. Our establishment that adapts quality as its philosophy takes considerable steps for being a more competitive establishment in order to make a difference against its competitors in the new millennium by commencing the Total Quality Management applications.
